No excuses
I have removed the words “I can’t” from my vocabulary. If you say these words, it almost assures that you won’t. There have been many things in my life that seemed impossible but eventually happened because I decided to try anyway.

No regrets
If you are happy with this moment, then you should have no regrets. Because everything that has happened in your life, good or bad, has strengthened you and brought you to this moment. And if you are not happy, then change something!
